At Parks Hidden Tiger Do Jang and Black Belt Academy our ATA Martial Arts program is customized for teens and adults. Unlike a children’s program, the teens and adult programs focus on high-intensity fitness and real self-defense that applies in today’s world.

Martial Arts for Adults

Most teens and adults can only do so many aerobic classes or run so many solo miles before they start dreaming of something more enjoyable and exciting to do to stay in shape. Parks Hidden Tiger Do Jang and Black Belt Academy Martial Arts organization is a great way to stay in shape that doesn’t become dull or routine because, as you learn and grow in your skills and training there is always greater challenges ahead to keep you inspired and coming back to the school.

Martial Arts for Teens

Often teens and adults join because they want to be able to take care of themselves or their loved ones in any potentially dangerous, or uncomfortable situation, even though most of our adults seldom, if ever, get into a fighting situation. They do however, from time to time find themselves in a situation such as walking to their car late at night, or escorting their spouse or friend in a less than secure neighborhood. It’s at times like this that martial arts training greatly enhances your self-confidence because of the ability to really take care of yourself, or someone you care for, when the time arises.

These fitness based Martial Arts classes will help you reach your stated goals. Running and mountain biking are great activities but if that’s all you do for fitness you may end up limiting your flexibility. Because these activities are basically “linear” in nature they don’t challenge you to develop in all the areas of fitness. That is why most professional athletes cross train outside of their chosen sport. There is nothing like Martial Arts training to develop you to your maximum potential both physically and mentally.

But even more then teaching Martial Arts, we teach a way of life. we want to help develop the character and life skills for every day normal life. Things like discipline, honor, integrity, respect, loyalty, self-confidence, self-control and much more. Though Taekwondo is an individual sport, we also work in pairs and group to develop the ability to work together. Anyone can teach Martial Art in Orange, but we teach in a way that will enhance your everyday life.
